This is a brief overview that lays out the basic of setting up and playing Fantasy Flight Games' Star Wars Roleplaying Game series.

Recommended number of players: 4-6, Play time 2-4 hours on average

Star Wars is a game that requires one player take on the role of Game Master, managing the rules and operating the world.

We recommend picking up a copy of one of the beginner sets from Fantasy Flight, or from a book retailer like Amazon. Try your friendly local games store. If they carry role playing games they probably carry Star Wars. The Beginner Set provide sample characters, an adventure to run them through, enough rules for the players and game master to play, and a set of the special dice!

In addition to players Star Wars requires a handful of components:

1) Core Rulebook or Beginner Set

2) Character Sheets - available to print online, handwrite or copy from the rule book.

3) Star Wars RPG Dice and a pair of Percentile Dice (2 ten sided dice)

4) Writing Utensils
